VINIFICATION
Fermented on the skins for 7 days, using a selection of yeasts, reaching a maximum temperature of 25°C.

Meat dishes, lamb stewed with vegetables, cheese and pasta.

16-18°C

TASTING NOTES

A balanced wine with pleasant tannins and a long finish. Hints of blackberry, ripe fruits, dark chocolate, and spice.
